
Marc is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SG Credit Partners, Inc. (“SGCP”) and a member of its Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
Marc has been investing and building innovative technology and finance companies for 20 years. His initial career was focused on growth investing and situational lending for a venture capital fund and a family office. At Mellon Ventures his investments included software, tech enabled services, financial services and specialty finance. As a Partner in Hamilton Investment Partners, he was responsible for managing direct equity investments and a mezzanine loan portfolio of more than two dozen positions.
In addition to investing, Marc has significant senior executive operating experience in both specialty finance and technology. He Co-founded Bluefin Payment Systems in 2007 and served as its initial Chairman. Operating in approximately 40 countries, Bluefin is currently the recognized leader in encryption and tokenization technologies for payment and data security.
In 2013 Marc became a Partner in Super G Capital, a boutique lender to the payments industry. At Super G Capital, Marc raised $150 million of capital and built the framework for what is now SG Credit Partners including SaaS financing. Marc launched a software, special situations and cash flow lending division with Charlie Perer, Co-founder and Head of Originations, which they spun out to form SGCP in 2018.
Marc graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pennsylvania State University. Marc currently serves on the Board of Directors of SGCP, Bluefin Payment Systems and Pay Factory.
