Karen began her career in the First American Bank Operations Program in 1999. Soon after starting, she transitioned to the Commercial Loan Department, where she worked in various roles, including Commercial Loan Officer and ABL Operations Manager. In 2010, Karen joined American Chartered Bank, where she managed the ABL Operations team and oversaw the Bank’s 300+ ABL clients. She then joined Gibraltar Business Capital as the Operations Manager with responsibility for the ABL and Factoring departments. Karen has extensive experience in both asset based lending operations and working with clients to support their funding needs.

As Vice President, Operations at Stonegate, Karen is responsible for managing treasury and collateral monitoring. Karen holds a BS in Finance and Economics from DePaul University. She lives in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and son.
