Gloria Rodriguez is an Associate Director of Operations and is responsible for monitoring collateral reporting, overseeing operational processes, and client relationship support.

Prior to joining SG, Gloria served as an ABL Collateral Analyst at Old National Bank, responsible for collateral analysis, borrowing base administration, and ensuring compliance with complex Asset Based Lending loan agreements.

Earlier in her career, she held progressively responsible positions within the Office of the Bursar at Loyola University Chicago.

Gloria graduated from Loyola University Chicago where she earned a BBA and an MBA.
