Claire began her career in 2020 at Pathward (f.k.a. Crestmark) as a field examiner. During her time there, she progressed from Junior Field Examiner to Senior Field Examiner, leading complex field exams for both prospective and existing borrowers across a range of industries. She was responsible for evaluating collateral, assessing creditworthiness, and identifying key risks, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting recruiting efforts.

In 2022, Claire joined Mountain Ridge Capital, where she advanced through roles in portfolio management and underwriting to Vice President of Underwriting. During her time at Mountain Ridge, she underwrote and executed numerous transactions, managed a diverse portfolio of borrowers, and played a key role in credit analysis, structuring, and deal execution. She also contributed to firmwide initiatives, including developing underwriting reporting tools and supporting marketing efforts.

Currently, Claire is a Director at SG Credit Partners, where she is responsible for reviewing, underwriting, and executing new transactions, as well as managing client relationships.

Claire graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University. She also serves as Chairman of Marketing for the Secured Finance Dallas chapter and is a member of the Young Professionals Committee.
